Bob Doré has played with many of the British jazz musicians and American greats such as Jimmy Witherspoon, Eddie ‘Lockjaw’ Davis, Harry ‘Sweets’ Edison, Eddie ‘Cleanhead’ Vinson, Sonny Stitt and the like. His love of playing big band has put him with bands such as the BBC Radio Big Band, Nick Gallant Big Band, Hertfordshire Jazz Orchestra and all of the East Anglian bands including Eddie Seales Big Band and The Jonathan Wyatt Big Band.  His own bands include the roaring Eastern Bloc 18 piece Jazz Orchestra, The Big Phat Blues Band, The Alan Martin/Bob Doré Octet, The Hammond Trio and the like using only the top jazz musicians within the Anglian TV region.

 

 


 

Robert Trigg is a student at city college Norwich and an employee at ITV Anglia.  Robert (and Samuel  Ball)have been broadcasting Our Turn on  Friday nights since November and 'practise is hopefully making perfect'. Wayland is the kick start to Robert's Radio career and he's very happy to join us for his third successful fm broadcast.

 

Julia Thomas, Jackie Young, Sheena Randell

 

Julia Thomas is the mother of two children Max and Evie. She works at her local high school as an art technician and enjoys green laneing her land rover at weekends. 

Jackie Young  is a mother to 5 girls and has 9 grandchildren.  She enjoys going on fishing trips to France with her husband Bob.

 Sheena Randell has two boys, Thomas and James. She works at the local primary school as a teaching assistant and plays an active part in the PTA there.
